These Terms govern access to the iKnow Blockchain website, hosted services (plugins, MCP-style APIs, and related tools), and educational materials (together, the “Service”). Access to hosted tools may be invitation, preview, or general availability.
1. Agreement
By accessing the website or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Access status: Features may be offered as invitation, private preview, public preview, or general availability. Features and access may change, stop working, or end without advance notice. Current availability is shown on the relevant product page.
Intended audience: The Service is intended for adults (18+). Educational content may be useful to teens, but we do not operate age verification and do not claim verified age. See also the Privacy Policy.
2. Educational nature — not advice
The Service provides educational and informational content about blockchain technology and public network data.
- It is not investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or stake any asset.
- You are solely responsible for your decisions and for verifying information independently.
Educational disclaimers do not by themselves determine regulatory treatment of the product.
3. No custody, no wallet, no transactions
We do not:
- Custody digital assets;
- Provide wallet software that holds keys;
- Request seed phrases or private keys;
- Connect to your wallet on the website;
- Sign, broadcast, or submit transactions;
- Operate an exchange, broker, dealer, or trading desk.
On-chain activity you perform elsewhere is your responsibility. Public blockchain data is public.
4. Marketing demos vs hosted lookups
Marketing-site demonstrations may be synthetic and may not query a live network. Hosted tools may perform read-only lookups of public network data via third-party blockchain data and metadata providers. Results may be stale, incomplete, or incorrect. One address ≠ an entire wallet. We do not independently authenticate NFTs or project legitimacy.
5. Third-party data and AI hosts
- Provider data and third-party articles are supplied “as available.”
- If you use the Service through an AI host (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar), that host processes prompts and tool results under its terms. We do not control the host’s retention, training, or logging.
- Tool inputs you (or your host) supply — including public addresses or similar identifiers — may be sent to third-party blockchain data / NFT index or metadata providers to fulfill a request.
6. Intellectual property; licenses; attribution
- Our software and site materials: Copyright and other rights belong to ZTOR or its licensors. Portions of our code may already be offered under Apache-2.0 (or another open-source license) where we publish that license. Open-source licensing of code does not automatically license third-party content, trademarks, or require a public backend.
- Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under an applicable open-source or third-party license. Acceptable-use limits on scraping or republication do not override rights you already have under Apache-2.0 or other applicable licenses to code or content we (or upstream authors) have licensed that way.
- Third-party content & marks: Headlines, summaries, directory data, documentation, and trademarks may be used under separate permissions or licenses. Third-party content and marks belong to their owners. See our Rights and attribution notice for high-level credits guidance and logo permission status. Plain network names used for educational identification do not imply endorsement.
- Except as allowed by law, an applicable open-source license, or written permission, you may not scrape, republish, or commercially reuse the Service or cached third-party content beyond ordinary use of the website and hosted tools.
Trademark disclaimer: iKnow Blockchain and related marks are ours. Other marks belong to their owners. Unless we clearly disclose a sponsorship, partnership, or paid placement, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any blockchain company, foundation, or network operator. References to networks and projects are educational. See our Rights and attribution notice for logo permission status and credits guidance.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt, or overload the Service;
- Use the Service for fraud, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity;
- Probe for non-public vulnerabilities except via coordinated disclosure to security@iknowblockchain.com;
- Misrepresent affiliation with ZTOR or with any blockchain company, foundation, or network operator;
- Submit malware or attempt to extract secrets, invitation tokens you do not own, or private keys (we do not want private keys — do not send them);
- Use the Service in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Preview / as-is; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” including when offered as invitation, preview, or general availability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY LOOKUP OR SUMMARY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZTOR AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.
No SLA. Email contacts only.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate invitations, preview access, or other access at any time, including for abuse, security, or product changes. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law / venue) survive termination.
10. Privacy
Personal-data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which covers the website and hosted services by data category. Selected hosted services support OAuth sign-in for invited or approved users. General self-service access is not currently available. Some legacy clients continue to use invitation credentials; connection instructions identify the applicable method.
11. Product scope (educational family)
These Terms apply across the iKnow Blockchain product family — website, hosted plugins/APIs, and educational materials — regardless of which public network a particular educational tool discusses. Plain network names are for educational identification and do not create affiliation. See the Rights and attribution notice for high-level credits guidance and logo permission status.
12. Governing law; venue; disputes
12.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
12.2 Exclusive venue
You and ZTOR agree that the state or federal courts located in Kansas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12.3 Disputes — courts only
Disputes are resolved in courts only. These Terms contain no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Material changes for registered or invited users should be called out reasonably. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
